Will Airbnb and Booking actually act on these disputes?
Within their published policies, yes. Each platform has stated grounds for removal: off-topic content, content that isn't about the actual stay, harassment, conflict of interest, and so on. Our job is matching the right policy to the right review and citing it cleanly. Final decisions are theirs.
